Send a message to the person who requested a photo of the grave monument of Hans von Oetinger with the following comment:

I am not related to the von Oetinger family but I have a framed pencil drawn portrait which I think is of of Gertrud von Oetinger. It is signed Walter Sterry?Behind the image was a lock of hair, a note and a letter. The letter is a difficult script to read. It is written in German and was sent from Detmold in June 1950. There is a small family crest on the letter. I have not found anyone to translate the letter for me which is frustrating as I think it will give an explanation about the portrait. If you have any suggestions I will be glad to hear them.Thank you,Marilyn Messenger
